For legal advisory services if we are unable to give you a clear fixed fee or capped fee quote, we will give you clear estimates of what each step of the process will cost and explain to you any variance from this.
We vary our charge out rates depending on the issues and the tasks we are dealing with to reflect both complexity and value to you. We will agree these rates with you from the outset and as necessary as we go along.

Where we are producing an agreed output to an agreed specification we are happy to give capped and fixed fee pricing arrangements.
